Remove sealed lid completely.
Add 1/4 cup cold water or milk or use provided fill line. Tip - its best to tap the product lightly to get the powder level even before adding liquid. The top of the liquid should be at the fill line. We recommend using ¼ cup to measure for best results.
Stir, ensuring powder at the bottom edges is well blended. Mix well for best results. If powder throughout or at the bottom edges isn't well blended, flour pockets may occur.
Microwave for 1 min 10 seconds. If needed, add time in 10 second intervals.
Let the cup cool for 1 min before handling. Caution: cup and content will be very hot.
*Directions developed with a 1000-watt microwave oven. Microwaves vary, adjust cooking time or liquid added as needed. For food safety, cook food to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Discard Leftovers.

- Easy as 1-2-3: Remove the lid and add ¼ cup of cold water or milk (pro tip: tap the cup to make the flour level and then add water up until the fill line for best results!)Now stir like you mean it. Scrape all the way down to the bottom and into the corners so every bit of powder gets mixed in and nothing’s left stuck at the base. A smooth, fully-blended batter is the secret to fluffy Spoonies.Microwave for 1 minute 10 seconds. If there’s still a small wet spot on top, heat in 10-second bursts until it’s set. The cup gets hot, so let it cool for about a minute before digging in.Prefer the stovetop? Pour the batter into a pan and cook it like a regular pancake.
