You can skip an order, pause your subscription, cancel, or adjust your delivery schedule anytime from your account. You can also update your menu, add products, or change your shipping address whenever you need—just be sure to make changes before your weekly cutoff.

Little Spoon products—including Formula, Babyblends, Biteables, Puffs, Cereal, Smoothies and YoGos—are rigorously tested for heavy metals, pesticides, and BPA/BPS. Our standards go beyond U.S. regulations and align with best-in-class E.U. limits.

We also use cold-pressure technology and proprietary packaging to help protect nutrients and keep food fresh without artificial additives.

Little Spoon delivers across the continental U.S. While we’d love to reach Alaska and Hawaii, we’re currently limited to the mainland.

If you live on a military base, some locations don’t allow outside delivery drivers on site. If that applies to your address, your delivery experience may look a little different—but our Care Team is here to help find a solution for you and your family.

We’re also unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If you need help updating your address or figuring out the best option, just reach out to our Care Team and we’ll find a solution together.

We take packing seriously so your meals arrive fresh tasting and ready to go. Every order is insulated and shipped with coolant to keep things properly chilled throughout transit.

Our packaging is also designed with sustainability in mind. Most materials are curbside recyclable and we use upcycled insulation and reusable gel packs wherever possible to help reduce waste.

When your box arrives, just transfer everything to the fridge or freezer. This keeps your meals at peak freshness until you’re ready for them. Your kiddo gets the best—and we’re here to make that part easy.

If you place your order by Saturday at 5 PM ET, your first delivery will arrive the following week.

After that, your subscription ships every two weeks on a consistent schedule. Need an order in between? You can adjust your delivery cadence directly in your account.

You can also update your delivery date, menu, or address anytime—just make sure any changes are submitted before Saturday at 5 PM ET for the following week’s delivery.

We know plans shift so we’re here to keep things flexible and easy.

Formula
Store unopened cans in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep the can tightly covered, use a clean and dry scoop, and use within 1 month for best quality. Prepared formula should be refrigerated immediately and used within 24 hours.

Babyblends, Smoothies + YoGos
Store in the fridge for up to 14 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Our packaging keeps everything fresh without unnecessary additives.

Biteables + Plates
Refrigerate for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.

Lunchers
Keep refrigerated for up to 14 days. These are designed to be enjoyed fresh, so freezing isn’t recommended.

Snacks, Puffs + Baby Cereal
These are all pantry friendly + shelf-stable. Store in a cool, dry pantry or cupboard and reseal after each use.

Opened Meals
Once opened, refrigerate and serve within 48 hours for the best taste and safety.

Before every order, we’ll send you an email reminder. From there, you can log in to your account to choose the exact meals and snacks you want for that delivery. If you prefer consistency, you can also set a menu that repeats for all future orders.

Short on time? No problem. If you don’t make updates before your cutoff window, we’ll fill your box with a balanced mix of our most-loved options.

Not only is our Little Spoon formula US + EU organic certified, Clean Label Project verified + Certified Pesticide-Free, but every batch is tested again and again—500+ checks for toxins, including heavy metals, plus screenings for pesticides and harmful bacteria. Our test results are publicly available for any parent to view. When it comes to our safety standards, if anything raises an eyebrow, it doesn’t make the can.

Our manufacturing partner has over 25 years of expertise. Each batch undergoes 2,000 safety checks before making its way to our third party lab for testing.

We also keep a strict No-No List: 100+ ingredients you’ll never find in any of our recipes, and you’ll never find corn syrup, palm oil, maltodextrin or other fillers in our formula. Just complete nutrition with everything your baby needs (and nothing they don’t) to grow strong through their first year of life.

Our formula recipe starts with organic, grass-fed whole milk from New Zealand cows raised with space to roam year round and graze in pastures free of synthetic pesticides. We chose a whole-milk base, so babies get more naturally occurring milk fats and fewer added oils—closer to the natural composition of breast milk. Every batch is tested for 500+ toxins, including heavy metals, and held to both US + European organic standards, plus our own strict EU-aligned safety limits.
