They can help you anticipate your baby\u2019s needs, but the real goal is to stay adaptable.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>0-3 months: newborns<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>Newborns are frequent feeders, often eating every 2\u20133 hours around the clock.
